I just want to let you know: when you have T1340/T1380 or other T13XX, and think it is not good due to poor tuning. I replaced for both units the pot meter by an expensive helio potmeter from Bourns and dial, and it is now tuning more than perfect, very smooth and easy. For me the RIG changed into a FB RIG for 40m and 80m CW.
If someone want to do this, I can mail pictures showing how I did the modification.
